Rising Bankers Program is an initiative of HDFC Bank in collaboration with Amity Global Business School, to attract and develop young talent, who wish to pursue a career in Banking. It entails on-campus learning for the first 5 months, followed by an internship for the next 3 months. Successfully completed my ‘Financial Markets Experience Program’ under Finlatics. The duration of the internship was 10 weeks i.e. from 23rd June 2020 to 27th August 2020. It was an informative and extensive learning experience in portfolio management and equity trading.

Our program provides select candidates with real-world exposure to financial advising through participation and contribution to the mission and processes of Congress Wealth Management. Our goal is to ensure that this immersive experience provides candidates with the foundational tools necessary to achieve success in their future professions – whatever they may be – as well as in their own financial lives. Wealth management interns must have strong critical-thinking skills and work well individually as well as part of a team.
