It allows you to understand the impact of corporate governance and corporate social responsibility on the firm’s performance and investment decisions. The module evaluates governance structures and responsibilities and enables to exercise judgement in utilising and reviewing ethical rules and concepts for business. Public companies are required to submit financial statements to governing bodies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Course Team

Financial Accounting will teach you the fundamentals of financial accounting from the ground up. You will learn how to prepare a balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, analyze financial statements, and calculate and interpret critical ratios. You will also learn the role of managerial judgment in choosing accounting estimates and methods. Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and chair of the MBA program’s second-year elective curriculum. He has served as the course head for the first-year required accounting course for MBA students, Financial Reporting and Control, and chairs several executive education programs.

FINANCE ACCOUNTING

The Algerian Baccalauréat is not accepted for direct entry to an undergraduate course at Bayes. For applicants taking a combination of AP and SAT Subject Tests we require three different subjects. For example we would not make an offer to include both AP Calculus AB and SAT Subject test Mathematics 1. Applicants must have either AP Calculus AB grade 5, AP Calculus BC grade 5 or SAT Maths minimum 600 plus an English language qualification. An example offer would be 1 x AP grade 5 plus 2 x SAT Subject Tests minimum 650 plus the above minimum Maths and English criteria. The Lise Bitirme Diplomasi is not accepted for direct entry to an undergraduate course at Bayes.
