We have three academic campuses close to Dublin City centre – they are located in Glasnevin and Drumcondra, and can be reached by public transport . You can spend a year of your degree course studying at one of our partner institutions, between your second and final year of study. This would add a year to your degree so you would complete your degree in four years.


Through optional modules, you can choose to specialise either in accounting or finance, or choose an equally balanced programme across the two areas. The Master in Accounting, Finance & Management is a rigorous program uniting accounting, corporate finance and strategy. This course provides a comprehensive undergraduate education in finance and accounting, coupled with a fully integrated understanding of the theory and practice of management in different organisations. In particular, the degree provides a strong interdisciplinary core of material in accounting and finance theory and practice, focusing on the modern firm and its financial environment. Other key subjects include management accounting and financial management. Your optional modules cover management analysis and the foundations of business analytics.

NTU and Exeter are working in partnership to deliver six split-site Biomedical PhD studentships. If successful, you will benefit from expert supervision from researchers in both institutions and have the opportunity to research and live in two great locations, for up to eighteen months in each. University of South Florida and Exeter have entered into a 5 year student exchange between the two Universities. If you successfully complete the degree, then depending on the optional courses you have taken, you may be eligible for exemptions for some examinations of the professional accountancy bodies. This module aims to provide an overview of financial accounting and the different types of accounting information. The module discusses how to distinguish between management and financial accounting and the financial statements in which accounting information is presented. The module covers the principles of double-entry book-keeping including year-end adjustments and how to prepare basic financial statements for different business entities.
